With sketchbooks and pencils in hand, the workshop offers you a range of unique walks through the streets, woodland and along the shores of Audierne. It’s a chance to relax and let your mind wander whilst taking in the urban, rural or coastal landscapes of Cap Sizun – the perfect setting for outdoor sketching: whether you’re just starting out or trying out new techniques, you’ll build up a ‘toolkit’ of simple, effective methods to help you become more independent… And why not start a travel sketchbook!

DRAWING AT THE AQUASHOW / AUDIERNE

An introductory sketching workshop in a fascinating setting, where children will learn to draw fish, birds of prey and other amazing animals. On the programme: Observing and drawing animals in motion / The basics of drawing: volume, proportions, values? / An introduction to animal anatomy suitable for children?.

DRAWING THE SEA AND BOATS / AUDIERNE

A drawing walk for children. With sketchbooks and pencils in hand, we’ll sketch from life: houses, boats, trees, flowers, clouds, waves and foam… We’ll take the time to observe and look at things differently: a creative and joyful moment to express ourselves freely and discover the pleasure of observational drawing.

As a visual artist based in Cap Sizun, I run drawing and painting workshops all year round, and as soon as the weather improves, urban sketching workshops in the spirit of a travel sketchbook, as well as outdoor painting sessions.
